With Normally on type brakes (USB/ UMB Series)

Brake motors are widely used in applications where instantaneous stopping of the driven load is essential. The braking system operates on a fail-safe principle (normally ON), meaning the brake is automatically applied when power to the motor is switched OFF or in the event of a power failure, ensuring safety and reliable load holding.

With normally off type brakes (UFB Series)

In this configuration, the brake is released only when power is applied and engages when energized. This type is suitable for applications requiring controlled braking during operation rather than fail-safe stopping.

Motors with Clutch & Brake combinations (UCB-E Series)

This type of combinations Provide precise control over start–stop operations by integrating both clutch and brake in a single unit, making them ideal for applications requiring frequent cycling, indexing, and accurate positioning of loads.
